Enough talk, blogosphere. The raw chocolate side business is happening.
Yesterday I ordered 5 lbs organic, fair-trade cocoa powder, and 5lbs organic, fair-trade (and local) cocoa butter and raw cane sugar. My buddy gave me two lovely beautifully cured vanilla beans grown on Maui (they smell AMAZING). And we have some tasty Hawaiian chilies growing on the property. I’m also going to pick up some Maca and Goji berries at market for a couple more varieties.
Supplies arrive in about 10 days…
